Lauren Conrad and Kristin Cavallari have gotten together on a podcast to talk all things “Laguna Beach.”

The former reality show co-stars joined Stephen Colletti for Cavallari and Colletti’s “Back to the Beach” podcast, which recaps the series in the current moment.

This week, Conrad was the guest and admitted that while he was at home with Covid, he re-watched the MTV series.

“Seeing him was a lot worse than I imagined it would be,” Conrad said. “It was really scary.”

Cavallari and Conrad were series enemies, and also had a mutual ex-boyfriend in Colletti.

“My opinion is that you and I never had beef,” Cavallari said on the podcast, adding that MTV edited the show to make it seem worse than it was.

Conrad replied, “I mean, I don’t think we were like best friends. But we were like, ‘Okay.’

“I mean, we had a problem between us, but it was squashed,” Conrad added.

The two confirmed that things between them are now fine.

Conrad admits to some regrets about his time on the show.

“My biggest regret was that, when I saw him, I called you a whore. I’m so sorry,” Conrad told Cavallari. “When I saw that, it was like, ‘Oh, I couldn’t believe he did that.’ Because I think where I am now, I would never call another woman or girl that.”

Both Conrad and Cavallari have gone on to have successful businesses.
